Are there discounts or financial assistance?

YES! we have both automatic and earned discounts and financial assistance is available. A Financial Aid application is required. We are a non-profit ministry and depend upon the generosity of donors. Assistance is dependent upon funds available. To help stretch the funds, we seldom give 100% scholarship. Almost all families to contribute as much as they are able. If you are applying for financial aid, and can afford the $50 deposit, please go ahead and register while your application is processed. Contact us for more information.

Our vacation plans changed, can I get my money back?

$50 Deposit holds a campers spot and is non-refundable as it is used to order food and program supplies. The remainder of the camp fee is refundable up to 7 days before camp. If there is a health or family emergency, we will give a refund or try to place your child in another week if you desire and space is available.

My child is on the waitlist, what is the chance a spot will open for them?

Surprisingly good! Children get sick, unexpected relatives come to town, and occasionally a child decides the last minute they don't want to go. We contact those on the waitlist in order, but by the time camp is only a week or two away, many have already made other plans, so even children "at the bottom" have gotten to come to camp "last minute."
