What are the ages for each camp week?
Choose a week based on grade completing THIS school year:
Can I send my child to a week they are a bit to old/young for?
Camp programs are designed for the developmental ages indicated, with safety, interest, and spiritual/emotional development in mind. Your child will enjoy and benefit from a week of camp designed for them, with friends of similar age. Thank you for registering for the appropriate camp week.
When does Camp Registration begin?
Registration opens February 1. Brochures are handed out in Released Time Bible classes, mailed to previous campers, and distributed in various churches, schools, and businesses
How early do I need to register?
We do not have deadlines for summer camp registration, but space is limited and weeks fill rapidly, so it’s best not to wait.
How long is camp?
Campers Check-in Monday from 8:30 – 10am; Lunch, Dinner for Monday; Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner for Tuesday-Thursday; Breakfast, Lunch for Friday
Departure: Friday @ 5:00pm
Day Camp runs from M-F 8:30am-5:00pm each day. Lunch included.
Can I communicate with my child during the week?
Letters and packages may be dropped off at the Camp Office anytime, or mailed to:

This is a one-way system. Due to volume, please limit each parent or relative to 2 emails per day. Emails are printed around 11am and 4:30 pm to be distributed at lunch and dinner.
What if my child has food allergies?
At Camp Red Arrow, we take food allergies very seriously. Our kitchen staff seeks accommodate most allergies, if they are not complicated with multiple conditions. It is important to note that our facility is NOT a nut free, dairy free, soy free, or egg free environment.

What if my child has a medical emergency?
We have a certified First Aid provider on staff who stays at camp overnight and is always available to care for campers’ needs. You or your emergency contact will be called if your child is sick or needs medical attention. 911 will be called first in any serious accidents or events.
Are there discounts or financial assistance?
YES! we have both automatic and earned discounts and financial assistance is available.
Our vacation plans changed, can I get my money back?
$50 Deposit holds a campers spot and is non-refundable as it is used to order food and program supplies.
My child is on the waitlist, what is the chance a spot will open for them?
Surprisingly good! Children get sick, unexpected relatives come to town, and occasionally a child decides the last minute they don't want to go. We contact those on the waitlist in order, but by the time camp is only a week or two away, many have already made other plans, so even children "at the bottom" have gotten to come to camp "last minute."
